Provide legal services to other elected county officials, thereby saving taxpayer dollars that would otherwise be spent on private attorneys

Update law enforcement officers on changes in the law
Provide advice to law enforcement officers to ensure that no conflict ever arises between the successful investigation of crime and the protection of individual constitutional rights
